Mad Scientists Want to Erase Your Memory to Cure Addiction!

I want to start by saying lab rats have all the fun. Studies found that when they gave rats cocaine they tended to enjoy going back to the place where they got cocaine. When given a placebo in the same environment, they didn’t care so much whether they went back or not. After getting the rats addicted to cocaine, they replaced that drug with another experimental drug called CDPPB, I have no idea what that drug is, I’m guessing it’s the memory wash drug? Anyway, whether it’s because of the CDPPB, or simply because they weren’t getting coke anymore, the rats stopped looking forward to going back to where they got the cocaine. They believe this may lead to new therapeutic drug addiction treatments in the future, otherwise known as a bunch of mad scientist washing people’s brains under the guise of drug treatment in order to start a super army of mutant warriors who will do their bidding and take over the world enslaving all of humanity…

Love the photo, afraid to read the research. This reminds me way too much of another experiment(from the 60's?)
